The necessity to come up with a strong why to exercise together with your wife!



Without any health, there is no good marriage anyway. If you are suffering from diseases that are directly related to bad eating habits and lack of exercise, you MUST do something about it, for the sake of your health and that of your marriage. How can you justify spending all that time on the sickbed when you could have been traveling or having fun with your husband or wife?

This implies that your why must be centered around you being in top form and maximizing the time that you have together.
